Shipping & Returns

Pro Slugs will only accept returns if the product is defective, returns must be approved by Pro Slugs prior to sending product back to Pro Slugs. All packages are shipped using USPS and are sent in flat rate packages and envelopes (2-3 business days in most cases)

 

Handling & Packing

Our typical handling time is 1-2 days, although depending on the volume of sales and order size this may take longer at times. Pro Slugs Precision Airgun Ammo is rapidly growing and expanding our product line to better serve our valued customers. We’re in the process of adding faster machines and additional employees with the goal of shaving off as much time as possible from production/packing to get customers their ammo as fast as possible!
